We accept returns of unused, unopened physical products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Installation Services (Non-Refundable Once Performed)
Installation and mobile service labor are non-refundable once the service has been completed.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. -
How to Start a Return

We will reply with return instructions.
Do not send items back without approval. Unapproved returns may be refused.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. -
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error). -
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@dashcalm.com and include photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue (replacement or refund, depending on the case). -
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, return the item for a refund and place a new order. -
