These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of dashcalm.com (the “Site”) and any purchases of products or services from DashCalm (“DashCalm,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Products and Services
    We sell dash cameras and accessories (“Products”) and provide mobile installation services (“Services”). Product availability, pricing, and promotions may change at any time.

  2. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
    All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes and shipping (if applicable) are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.

  3. Scheduling and Appointments (Mobile Installation)
    • Appointment times are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or prior jobs.
    • Customers agree to provide a safe and reasonable workspace (garage/driveway/parking spot) with adequate access to the vehicle.
    • The vehicle must be present at the scheduled location and time. If the appointment cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, access issues, or vehicle conditions, a service fee may apply.

  4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
    To cancel or reschedule an installation appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

  5. Customer-Provided Equipment
    If you provide your own dash cam, hardwire kit, or accessories, you are responsible for ensuring compatibility with your vehicle. DashCalm is not responsible for defects in customer-supplied hardware.

  6. Installation Disclaimer and Limited Liability
    Dash cam installation involves working around vehicle trim, electrical systems, and airbags. We use professional methods to route wiring safely and discreetly; however:
    • Minor variations in fit/finish may occur depending on vehicle design.
    • We are not responsible for pre-existing vehicle issues or previous aftermarket wiring.
    • To the maximum extent permitted by law, DashCalm’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product at issue.

  7. Warranty
    • Workmanship: We stand behind our installation workmanship. If you experience an issue related to our installation, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to diagnose and fix it.
    • Products: Manufacturer warranties apply to dash cams and accessories unless otherwise stated. We do not guarantee manufacturer performance or reliability.

  8. Returns and Refunds
    Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy posted on the Site. Installation labor is non-refundable once service has been performed.

  9. Intellectual Property
    All content on the Site (text, logos, images, design) is owned by DashCalm or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

  10. Prohibited Use
    You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with Site operation, or using the Site for unlawful purposes.

  11. Privacy
    Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

  12. Changes to These Terms
    We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
